The AliveSim Platform within CME is growing! We are seeking a talented CME medical professional to help strategically lead this growth. 

This exciting position is primarily a medical writing and interactive content development role with significant leadership opportunities. If you enjoy being immersed in the details of medical scenarios and enjoy “wearing other hats” that involve leadership, creativity, project management, and strategic thinking, then this position may be perfect for you.

We are considering part time and full time candidates. 

Attributes and Responsibilities

• Medical Science Acumen. Ability to write and develop detailed clinical content 
• Intellectual Curiosity. Learn how AliveSim works & the cognitive science that drives it  
• Project Management Skills. Oversee projects with CME collaborators & internal team
• Lead interactions with expert medical faculty and CME collaborators to develop content
• Opportunity to mentor and train new Syandus medical science content creators
• Work with CEO to grow AliveSim to reach more within the medical community

Requirements

• Medical degree, PharmD, or PhD/MS/BS with deep medical background 
• Capability to write detailed medical cases and creative clinical dialogue 
• Experience delivering CME programs 
• Driven, detail oriented, organized
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Quick study – intellectually curious
• Technology savvy  

Flexible remote work is an option. Proximity to Syandus offices in Exton, PA (post Covid) a plus. Compensation commensurate with experience.
