AliveSim is the most advanced simulation platform in Continuing Medical Education. We are seeking a talented medical writer to join our team to support our growth. 

In this role, you will be developing interactive medical scenarios within the AliveSim platform. This involves leading meetings with medical experts, designing how the interactions work (a logic puzzle!), and creating compelling dialogue between virtual clinicians. 

This position is flexible: either full or part time.   Excellent team environment.

• Medical Acumen. Ability to write and develop detailed clinical content 
• Intellectual Curiosity. Learn how AliveSim works & the cognitive science that drives it  
• Project Management Skills. Oversee projects with CME collaborators & internal team
• Lead interactions with expert medical faculty and CME collaborators to develop content

Requirements

• Medical writer with experience creating medical cases: PharmD, PhD/MS/BS, or medical degree (MD, DO, NP, PA)  
• Deep knowledge of clinical medicine to facilitate meetings with expert medical faculty
• Ability to write detailed medical cases and creative clinical dialogue 
• Driven, detail oriented, organized
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Quick study – intellectually curious
• Technology savvy - AliveSim uses advanced game technology  
• Experience delivering CME programs is a plus

Flexible remote work. Proximity to Syandus offices in Exton, PA to interact with the team is a plus. Compensation commensurate with experience.
