Security, AI, and Data Protection

At Syandus, security and protection of your data and content is important to us. AliveSim employs enterprise-grade security with comprehensive data protection and responsible AI governance, and we're currently working toward SOC2 Type II certification. Your content remains secure, private, and is never used to train AI models.

 

Data Security

We protect your content with industry-standard encryption - AES-256 when stored and TLS 1.2+ when transmitted. Your content is hosted on AWS infrastructure with enterprise-grade security controls and secure data segregation. Access is controlled through role-based permissions, ensuring only authorized users can access appropriate content. We're currently working toward SOC2 Type II certification to provide additional third-party validation of our security practices.

It's Your Data

Your content is yours. We simply provide the platform to create and deliver your interactive scenarios. You have full control over who accesses your modules and how they're used, including sharing outside your organization if you choose.

 

AI Services 

AliveSim uses AI services for voice generation, translation, and content assistance (coming soon). We selected Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Anthropic as our AI providers specifically because they contractually commit not to use customer content for training their AI models. Your content is processed only to deliver the services you've requested - it's never used to improve or train AI systems.

You maintain complete control over AI-generated content. You're responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication. No AI content is delivered to end users without your prior review and approval - all AI-generated content is locked upon publication, ensuring consistent, controlled delivery.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection

We're committed to protecting personal data in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws. Our privacy practices ensure that personal information is handled securely and in accordance with your rights. We implement appropriate safeguards and provide clear processes for data subject requests.
